    Our company believes in providing fast results for our clients. Most other credit repair companies try to stretch out their client’s process to 18 months or more, resulting in an overall service cost of more than $2,000.     You may track your progress and communicate with us securely from inside your client portal. We require that our clients provide us with access to a 3-bureau credit report in order to start service, and to maintain 3-bureau credit report monitoring and provide us with access throughout the duration – usually about 150 days. We will guide you on how to get monthly 3-bureau credit reports, credit scores and credit monitoring during your client on-boarding process. Most companies charge $29.95 per month for 3-bureau monitoring, which clients are responsible for paying directly to the credit monitoring company.

  2. How do I get started?

    Get started by completing our easy sign-up form. We will follow up with you to schedule your consultation, help you retrieve your credit reports, deliver our written action plan and client contract, and setup your client portal. After that we will immediately begin working on your file.

  3. What all is included in your pricing plan?

    Our consulting service includes the following: 1) a detailed analysis of your credit profile to determine the issues that are lowering your credit score, 2) a customized, dominant credit repair strategy including credit score improvement tips and adding positive credit, and, 3) continuing professional management during your contract term of your dispute process, including correspondence sent to the credit bureaus and data furnishers (creditors, collection agencies, and others) on a case by case basis to challenge inaccurate, unverifiable, out-of-date, or questionable items.

    We also offer debt negotiation with trade-line deletion, as well as the ability to add large, aged lines of credit to your reports for an additional fee. These aged, large and positive lines of credit can provide tremendous benefit to your credit profile beyond the deletion of negative information.   4. How long does your program take to produce results?

    We’ve streamlined our process in order to offer our clients the most all-inclusive service at the lowest price possible, and our methodology is extremely efficient and effective. We don’t believe in moving through this process at a slow pace which drags everything out. Instead, we believe it is best to begin quickly and then keep up a consistent pace.

    We will have your initial dispute letters ready to send out within one week after you sign up – typically even faster than that. The credit bureaus will have 30 days to process our challenges and issue their responses. This means that you could start seeing results about 30 days after we begin service, and then every 30 – 40 days thereafter as we continue each round of your dispute letters.

  5. How do I obtain my credit report and then get it to you?

    Please do not email your credit reports as the connection is not always secure depending on your email provider. After you have obtained your 3-bureau credit report online, you can provide us with the login details and we will review your reports and upload them to your secure client portal.

  6. I have heard that every time my credit report is accessed my credit score goes down. Is that true?

    While some credit report inquiries can have a negative effect on your credit score, requesting access to your own credit reports via the methods we recommend will have no impact on your credit score whatsoever.

  7. Why do I need to get a 3-bureau credit report? Isn’t it cheaper to just get one report? After all, aren’t they all the same anyway?

    We will need to review all 3 of your credit reports (from Experian, Equifax and TransUnion) in order to determine which items on your reports are unverifiable or otherwise inaccurate. In the vast majority of cases, your credit reports will be different from all three companies because they each compile their data independent of one-another. Accessing your 3-bureau reports is just as fast and easy as a single report and allow us to conduct a proper investigation of your records. One aspect of our investigation is a side-by-side bureau comparison to identify the discrepancies that almost always occur between the 3 bureaus. These discrepancies are often indicators of errors which we can then challenge and dispute.

    Please note that we do not recommend starting your case with a single credit report as it will typically prohibit us from identifying many errors that can be disputed and removed. Getting all 3 credit reports is a very important step to successfully prosecuting your case.

    Is there a limit to how many disputes you will file, or how many you will file at one time?

    Because we want the fastest results for our clients we place no limits on the number of disputes we will file each time. If information is inaccurate, our client has the right to challenge it as quickly as possible. We will continue our service until we have addressed each negative item on your report that you direct us to dispute. We will also contact original creditors and debt collectors as required.

  8. How long does your program last?

  11. I live with my partner but we are not legally married. Can I still receive the couples discount pricing?

    It is not required that you are legally married to take advantage of our special pricing. If you live at the same address we invite you to sign up together as a couple regardless of your legal marriage status.

    Do you provide loans for bad credit? Can you lower the amount that I owe?

    Our service is provided as a way to ensure that items which appear on your credit reports are accurate and verifiable. If they are not, they must be removed by law, and this is what we specialize in. Our program does not discharge existing debt, and even though we might take action to cause a negative item to no longer appear on your credit report or to bring down your credit score, you may still be liable for any valid debts that were being reported incorrectly.

    Many times we are able to negotiate of behalf of our clients with original creditors and debt collectors to secure partial payment offers for much less than the original balance. Many times this will result in faster results. If you decide you would like us to negotiate your debt amounts for you, we can provide this service to you as a part of our service for an additional charge. You pay no money upfront. We only earn a fee after we have negotiated a lower payment for you, and our fee is a percentage of the savings. We have secured offers for previous clients for many thousands of dollars less than they allegedly owe.
